Q: Do you special-order from your suppliers?
A: Many of our suppliers have very extensive product lines. If we do not have something in stock, we are happy to try to get it sent in for you.
Q: Do you have special events?
A: We are active participants in the Skaneateles Merchants Association's Curbstone Festival, held in July, and our annual March Madness sale (this year Feb. 20 through March 19). Additionally, we exhibited at the 2004 Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Of course. Simply return the unwanted item within 14 days to our store with its original receipt and we will offer you a store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds. All sales of "on-sale" merchandise are final sales.
Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday. we stay open on Friday 'til 8 pm. On Saturdays we're open from 10 am to 5 pm, and on Sunday it's noon 'til 5. During summertime and the annual Dickens Christmas, we extend our hours.
